Central Examination Facility Examination Cell is available under the supervision of a Head of the Department and the Principal. Teaching Learning process 1. Faculty members prepare detailed notes, copies of which are kept in the departmental library and main library. Students are allowed to make photo copies of the detailed notes. This process makes the faculty members prepare the notes more carefully. Lesson plans and teaching diaries reflecting the periodic coverage and justification of syllabus are monitored by HoDs. 2. We have a panel of visiting professors and Scientists who are invited periodically to deliver special lectures are advanced topics. 3. Periodic tests and assignments are conducted to evaluate the students. 4. Evaluation of the teachers is done periodically by the students, enabling the teachers rectify their mistakes, if any. 5. Specious exclusive library building, equipped with good books, is available. Library is equipped with photocopier too. Library is kept open even beyond the college hours. 6. 2 MBPS internet facility is used to have an access to technical e-journals, even beyond the college hours. 7. Well-equipped laboratories are fully utilised by the students during the class hours and at times even beyond the class hours.

Ø Internal Continuous Evaluation System and place The following is the procedure laid down by the University and is being followed by us. Each theory paper carries 100 marks of which 70 marks are earmarked for Semester end examination and 30 marks are for internal assessment to be awarded by the teacher concerned or the basis of two mid term tests for 18 marks, 12 marks for assignments. Out of two internal tests best of the two will be taken. 50% internal marks are compulsory for permitting a student to take university examination. Ø Students assessment of Faculty, System in place. Students’ assessment of each faculty and for each subject is taken in the prescribed format, semester wise. The data is analyzed and steps are taken for improvement. Note: Suppression and/or misrepresentation of information would attract appropriate penal action.
