PRE-QUALIFICATION OF BUILDING CONTRACTORS

D.M.S. S.V.H. College of Engineering invites applications for empanelment of  contractors of appropriate class or firms having minimum experience of five (5) years as on 01.03.2008 in execution of building works consisting of Civil, Electrical, Water Supply & Sanitary works for the proposed construction of extension of first floor & second floor of library block &  second floor of ECE block, ECE toilet block, in DMS SVH College of Engineering at Machilipatnam.  The estimated value of the work is around Rs.150.00 lakhs (excluding cost of cement, steel & structural steel). Contractors/ firms, who have executed (a) Two completed works, during last three (3) years, costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost or (b) One completed work during last three (3) years, costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost only need apply for empanelment in the prescribed format.

 The Pre-Qualification application form can be downloaded from our website www.svhce.org.in/notice.html All applicants should submit D.D. for Rs.150/- towards cost of pre-qualification application form drawn in favour of “ The Principal, DMS SVH College of Engineering”, payable at machilipatnam, while submitting the application.

 Filled-in pre-qualification application document along with all necessary documents shall be addressed and submitted in the D.M.S. S.V.H. College of Engineering, Machilipatnam – 521002 in sealed covers on or before 04/November/2008 up to 12.00 Noon. 

D.M.S. S.V.H. College of Engineering reserves the right to with-hold issue of application forms to any party without assigning any reasons thereof.  DMS SVH College of Engineering will not be held responsible for any postal loss or delays.
