feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance / faculty performance |
Students are
freely allowed to express their opinions about various aspects. They can
send e-mails. ‘Suggestions & Complaints Box’ is available. Feedback
from the students is periodically obtained in the prescribed format to
asses the performance of the faculty members (for
all subjects).
Performance analysis is done based on the feed-back and the necessary
corrective steps are taken, periodically.
Suggestions
thus obtained from students are judiciously implemented by the
management, for the betterment of the students, staff & the institution.
