Student feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance / faculty performance

Students are freely allowed to express their opinions about various aspects. They can send e-mails. ‘Suggestions & Complaints Box’ is available.   Feedback from the students is periodically obtained in the prescribed format to asses the performance of the faculty members (for all subjects).  Performance analysis is done based on the feed-back and the necessary corrective steps are taken, periodically.

Suggestions thus obtained from students are judiciously implemented by the management, for the betterment of the students, staff & the institution.

Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students

Open-door policy is being followed. 

Students and Staff can meet the Principal / Director at any time to sort-out their problems. 

Grievances can be expressed in the meetings.

In addition to the annual meet, there are a few more meetings of smaller groups of ex-students. Alumni-members working together in one city (or organisation) keep contacting each other, plan accordingly, and visit  the institution on  specific convenient day.
